Toyota Camry frequently tops lists of best-selling cars in USA. Last week in Detroit Auto show, Toyota unveiled the latest version of Camry, the most popular car of America.

The new 2007 Camry sports a rounder look and features a grill. According to Toyota, their designers wanted to give the Camry a less conservative and more muscular look [By the way, the new Yaris small car, also unveiled in Detroit this week, sports the same curvy grill]. The new Camry has the same overall length as the outgoing version but it has a slightly longer wheelbase. It increases the interior space and improves ride and handling,

The 2007 Camry will also be the first available as a gas/electric hybrid car. The base engine is an upgraded version of Camry's 2.4-liter 4-cylinder. The new Camry Hybrid will have a 147 horsepower 4-cylinder and, with the addition of the hybrid's electric motor, the car will produce a total of 192 horsepower. The car will also be available with a 3.5-liter V-6 that will deliver better fuel economy than the current 3.3-liter V-6.
